Join me for a relaxed series of summer evening classes combining gentle embodied yoga, somatic movement, breathwork and meditation.
Every class follows a familiar yoga practice that allows confidence and body awareness to grow naturally over time, while meditation themes gently evolve throughout the series.
Come once, or come often.
Flexible passes make it easy for both locals and summer visitors to join.

Mats, cushions and blankets provided.
You are welcome to come exactly as you are, wearing comfortable, every day clothing that allows you to move easily.
