Sole Trader – Ireland

These Terms & Conditions explain how bookings, cancellations, and participation in Lost & Found Wellness classes and services work.
1. About Lost&Found Wellness
Lost&Found Wellness is the trading name of Laura Molson, a sole trader operating in Ireland.
Throughout these Terms, “Lost&Found Wellness”, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to Laura Molson trading as Lost&Found Wellness.

2. Scope of Services
These Terms apply to all services offered by Lost&Found Wellness, including:
- In-person yoga classes
- Online live classes
- Recorded or on-demand sessions
- Meditation sessions
- One-to-one sessions
- Small group sessions
- Workshops and circles
- Multi‑week courses or programmes
By booking or attending a service, you agree to these Terms.
3. Nature of Services
All services are educational and wellbeing-based.
They do not constitute medical advice, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment unless explicitly stated and appropriately regulated.
Participants are responsible for deciding whether the services are suitable for their personal circumstances.
4. Health and Participation
Yoga and meditation practices involve movement and physical activity.
Participants are responsible for:
- Informing the teacher of any relevant injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or health concerns
- Practising within their own limits
- Stopping immediately if they experience pain, dizziness or distress
- Informing the teacher if their health circumstances change
Lost&Found Wellness will:
- Provide guidance intended to support safe participation
- Encourage participants to practise mindfully and within their own capacity
- Maintain appropriate professional and public liability insurance
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own pace.
5. Risk Acknowledgement
Yoga and movement practices involve inherent risks which may include:
- Muscle strain
- Joint injury
- Aggravation of existing conditions
- Dizziness or loss of balance
Online participation carries additional risks because the teacher cannot physically supervise the environment.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their practice space is safe and suitable.
6. Booking and Payment
Bookings may be made via the website, email or other agreed communication channels.
A deposit may be required to reserve a place. The remaining balance must be paid before the first class or session unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits form part of the total course fee and are refundable only in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in these Terms.
All prices are displayed in Euro and inclusive of VAT where possible.
7. Statutory Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you book a service online or remotely as a consumer, Irish and EU law may provide a 14‑day cooling‑off period.
If you request that a service begin within the 14‑day period, and the service starts during that time, your right to cancel may end once the service has been delivered.
Where part of a service has already been delivered, a proportionate charge may apply.
These statutory rights exist independently of the cancellation policy below.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Courses, Workshops and Events
- 7 days or more before the event: full refund
- 5 days before the event: 50% refund
- 3 days before the event: 25% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the event: no refund
Places on courses or workshops must be used within the scheduled timeframe unless otherwise agreed.
Private Sessions
- Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the session.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non‑refundable.
- Missed sessions are not refundable.
9. Transfers
Bookings may be transferred to another participant provided:
- The replacement participant agrees to these Terms
- Their contact details are provided
- The transfer occurs before the service begins
For multi‑week courses, transfers must be completed at least 24 hours before the course start date.
10. Arrival and Late Attendance
Participants are encouraged to arrive on time.
For safety and to minimise disruption to the group, entry may not be permitted if a participant arrives more than 10 minutes after the class has started or if the venue no longer permits entry.
If entry is refused due to late arrival, the booking will be treated as a missed session and will not be refundable or transferable in accordance with the cancellation policy.
11. Withdrawal or Cancellation by Lost&Found Wellness
Lost&Found Wellness reserves the right to refuse participation or withdraw a participant where:
- Participation presents a safety risk
- Behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate
- Group safety would be compromised
Where appropriate, a proportionate refund may be issued.
If a session must be cancelled by Lost&Found Wellness, participants may be offered:
- A rescheduled session
- A credit
- A refund
12. Teacher Substitution
If a scheduled teacher becomes unavailable, a suitably qualified substitute may be provided.
13. Force Majeure
Lost&Found Wellness is not responsible for failure to deliver services due to events outside reasonable control, including illness, extreme weather, venue closure or government restrictions.
Where possible, alternative arrangements or credits will be offered.
14. Online Services
Participants attending online sessions are responsible for:
- Ensuring adequate internet access
- Ensuring a safe practice space
- Ensuring suitable equipment
Technical issues on the participant side do not automatically entitle a refund.
15. Data Protection and GDPR
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law.
Data collected may include:
- Name
- Contact details
- Health disclosures
- Payment information

16. Photography and Media
Photography or video may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.
Images will only be used with prior informed consent.
17. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through courses, classes or workshops remain the intellectual property of Lost&Found Wellness and are for personal use only.
18. Liability
Lost&Found Wellness will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
Appropriate professional and public liability insurance is maintained.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under Irish law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
