Lost&Found Wellness is the trading name of Laura Molson, a sole trader operating in Ireland.
Throughout this Privacy Policy, “Lost&Found Wellness”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Laura Molson trading as Lost&Found Wellness.

4. Health Information
Information about injuries, health conditions, pregnancy or accessibility needs is considered sensitive personal data under GDPR.

- help the teacher understand relevant needs during practice
- Participants may choose how much information they wish to disclose.
- Where paper health forms are used, they will be digitised and securely stored. Original paper copies will be destroyed or shredded.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information only where it is necessary to provide our services and communicate with participants.
This may include:
- managing class, workshop, or course bookings
- supporting safe participation in yoga or meditation sessions where relevant health information has been shared
- communicating about upcoming sessions, schedule changes, or important information relating to your booking
- processing payments for services
- improving classes and services offered by Lost&Found Wellness
- sending newsletters, updates, courses, and events where you have chosen to join the mailing list
If you contact Lost&Found Wellness through email, phone, or messaging platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, the information you provide will be used only to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about the services you have asked about.
Messages sent through social media or messaging platforms are also subject to the privacy policies of those platforms.
Where you have opted in to receive marketing emails, your email address will be used to send occasional updates about classes, workshops, courses, events, and other offerings. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
In the future, Lost&Found Wellness may introduce online booking or scheduling systems to help manage class registrations. Where this occurs, these platforms may process limited personal information required to manage bookings and attendance. Any such services will be chosen with appropriate data protection safeguards in place.
6. Marketing Communications
If you join our mailing list, you may receive emails about classes, workshops, courses, events and updates.
Marketing emails are sent through Mailchimp.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in emails.

8. Where Information Is Stored

- communication platforms such as WhatsApp or social media messaging
- Mailchimp mailing list services
Health forms may initially be collected on paper and then digitised for secure storage.
Access to stored data is restricted and protected using password-controlled systems where possible.
9. Third‑Party Services
Some services used by Lost&Found Wellness process data on our behalf. These may include:
- Mailchimp (email newsletters and mailing list management)
- Revolut or PayPal (payment processing)
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. They operate under recognised data protection safeguards.
10. Data Retention
We only keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our services and meet legal obligations
Typical retention periods under Irish law include:
- Booking and financial records: up to 7 years for tax and legal purposes
- Health or participation information: duration of participation and up to 7 years afterwards where relevant
- Mailing list data: until you unsubscribe
- General enquiries: up to 12 months
- In some circumstances, information may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or support insurance or safety-related matters.
Paper forms are digitised and securely stored, and the original paper copies are securely destroyed.
When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or destroyed.
11. Children and Young People
Where participants under 18 attend classes or sessions, personal information will be provided and managed through a parent or guardian.
Communication regarding bookings or health information will take place directly with the responsible adult.
12. Photography and Video
Photos or video may occasionally be taken during classes or events for promotional purposes.
Images will only be used where clear consent has been given in advance.

If a participant under the age of 18 appears in any photograph or video, their consent alone is not considered valid. Consent will be obtained from a parent or legal guardian before any image is used.
Where consent is not provided, reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that the individual is not identifiable in any published material.
At times, the teacher may also record video or audio of themselves only for the purpose of reviewing and improving their teaching practice. These recordings will be positioned so that participants are not visible or identifiable, will not be shared publicly, and participants will be informed in advance when this is taking place.
13. Cookies and Website Data
The Lost&Found Wellness website may use cookies to support normal website functionality.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites work effectively.
At present, the website may collect basic analytics through WordPress to understand how visitors use the site. This information is anonymised and used only to improve the website experience.
