What to bring?
You are welcome to come exactly as you are. Most people simply bring:
- Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily
- A yoga mat if you have one
- Water
Optional items some people enjoy bringing:
- A light layer for relaxation
- A small cushion for meditation
If you do not yet have a mat or meditation cushion, please do not let that stop you from attending. Simple alternatives are always possible.
