About Laura
Embodied Yoga and Meditation Teacher
Lost&Found Wellness

I’m Laura Molson, founder and practitioner of Lost&Found Wellness. I teach embodied yoga, meditation, and integrative wellness practices that help people reconnect with their bodies, their attention, and their lives. My intention is to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where people can explore yoga and meditation in a grounded and practical way.
Yoga first entered my life when I was sixteen, and it has quietly stayed with me ever since. Through different seasons of life it has been a steady thread; sometimes a regular practice, sometimes something I returned to when life became more complicated. Always a way of coming back to myself.
Movement and creative expression have always been part of my life. I began dancing at three years old and have never stopped. I spent many years singing in choirs and playing clarinet with concert orchestras, and remain deeply connected to music, art, culture, travel, and good food. These influences continue to shape how I think about rhythm, attention, and the experience of being in a body.
My academic background includes studying English Literature and Philosophy, followed by further study in Wellness Counselling. I supported my studies through retail work and later built a career in administration and project coordination within the legal department of a multinational technology company. During that time I also emigrated from Canada to Ireland, building my family here.
Like many people, the past several years brought significant life transitions. Navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, grieving family members abroad, and experiencing postnatal anxiety changed how I understood stress, resilience, and care. Meditation in particular became a deeply supportive practice. Learning how attention works, and how to gently train it, has been one of the most practical tools in my life.
As an adult I also came to understand my own neurodivergence, identifying as ADHD and later, AuDHD. That experience continues to shape how I approach teaching and accessibility. I care deeply about creating yoga and meditation spaces that are supportive for neurodivergent people, including those with different experiences of attention and sensory processing.
Today I am completing my first 200-hour teacher training in embodied yoga and meditation, and I plan to continue studying in areas including yin yoga, children’s yoga, and mindfulness and meditation for all ages and stages. I have also completed formal training in mindfulness, alongside further study in anatomy and movement.
My teaching draws from yogic philosophy and early Buddhist teachings rooted in Indian texts and mythologies, alongside modern voices including Judith Hanson Lasater, Leslie Kaminoff, Rick Hanson, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Jeff Warren, Dan Harris, and Jon Kabat-Zinn. I’m particularly interested in the meeting point between these traditions and contemporary understandings of both the mind and the body, from mindfulness and neuroscience to movement, anatomy, and lived experience. My influences continue to evolve through ongoing study, reading, and practice.
I am also committed to creating inclusive environments for practice, including gender inclusive yoga spaces and LGBTQ+ inclusive environments. This includes welcoming and supporting trans and gender diverse people who are exploring movement, meditation, or embodied practice.
Yoga is for every body.
Above all, my work is about helping people develop a steady relationship with attention, movement, and their own experience.
You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or particularly “good” at yoga or meditation to begin.
Curiosity is enough.
